Hi, I’m Nikki Delglyn

With over 20 years clinical experience and as a qualified Dr Osteomyology, Specialist Menopause Wellness Coach and Back Pain Specialist, I thrive on helping woman regain and maintain their health, wellness and confidence whilst going through peri-menopause into menopause and beyond into their second spring!

This might be down to natural age related menopause or being thrown straight into menopause after having a hysterectomy at any age.

Menopause needn’t be full of moans and groans, although talking about what we are going through is really beneficial.  Like you i’ve suffered many years from debilitating symptoms of peri-menopause, many times being misdiagnosed and left to get on with life and struggling with day-to-day living.  However, I always tried to keep positive and through education I learnt how to effectively change and manage my menopausal symptoms.   I now have my life, health and vitality back and with regard to my menopause experience – it’s great!
